The Shifting Role of L&D in Light of the Great Resignation

Join us for a free roundtable discussion with L&D leaders.

The Shifting Role of L&D in Light of the Great Resignation will be a forum for thoughtful conversation about how L&D Leaders and organizations can be successful within the current context.

Learning & Development is often framed as a core way to build a leadership bench or as a retention strategy for quality talent. Now, with the Great Resignation well underway, organizations need to be even more innovative in how they attract, grow, and retain their future leaders, and L&D has a spot on center stage. In this conversation with L&D leaders, we will discuss new ways of thinking about L&D as a strategic part of long-term leadership and succession planning for your organization.

This event will be hosted by Wolf & Heron, an organization that helps business leaders be inspirational to the people they impact. It will take place over Zoom on August 17 from 12 - 1pm EST | 9 - 10am PST. Time will be reserved for attendees to bring questions to the panelists and/or hosts. Register for meeting details, and/or to receive the event recording.
