We serve a variety of clients depending on their goals. There are a few reasons why someone may choose to work with us:

  • They have a career goal (start a business, get promoted, accomplish a big project, find a new job) and are looking for a thought partner and accountability.

  • They have a presentation, pitch or interview (with or without a slide deck) and seek feedback on how to be a more effective communicator.

  • They need to design or lead meetings (of any size) and seek meeting design, facilitation and engagement expertise.

If anyone in your network (colleague, friend, family member, etc) is in one of these situations, they may appreciate some support.


Intro

The first step in any referral is introducing us to each other.

The best way to do this is connecting us directly via email or linkedin (email preferred).

I’ve been working with [Stephanie, Kara] and thought you would find them valuable as well. They offer Leadership, Storytelling & Presentation and Meeting Design & Facilitation Coaching and have provided space, structure and insights. [If you feel comfortable, include one sentence on the major insight or value you derive from the work].

Based on what I know about your goals, I think you would enjoy connecting and learning more.

I have cc’ed [Stephanie, Kara] so they know I recommended you, and here’s the link to get on their calendar for a discovery conversation.

They Sign Up

When we receive a new coaching client, we will check to see if they were a referral. For this, we must have record of an email or linkedin message from you directly connecting us. If the referral was via word of mouth, they can also send us an email identifying you as their referrer when they purchase.


Choose a Gift

Once your referral becomes a client by purchasing a package (value of $750 or greater), we will reach out to both of you and ask both of you to choose a gift:

  1. One free hour of one-on-one coaching.

  2. A $200 Visa gift card.


Terms

Eligible referees are:

  • Not already in Wolf & Heron outreach or distribution lists.

  • Not existing or past clients of Wolf & Heron.

Eligible referrers are:

  • Anyone Wolf & Heron has invited to be a referrer.

  • Limited to three gifts a year.
