Story Hour is a casual environment in which to practice influential storytelling. 

Today's story prompt: What customer feedback have you received that was particularly salient? What did you learn? Before the event, we encourage you to take 5-10 minutes reflecting on that question to identify a story to share.

We chose this prompt because customer stories are incredible useful during sales and often in the course of the work. We are focusing on customer feedback as a jumping off point. These can be success stories, failure stories, but all are likely informing the work you do going forward. 

These stories are valuable to anyone in a customer facing role, sales role or product management role.

If you have a story, we encourage you to volunteer to share it during Story Hour. We also welcome your participation as a listener and as part of our feedback group.
