Story Hour is a casual environment in which to practice influential storytelling. 

Today's story prompt: When have you been vulnerable at work? We encourage you to take 5 - 10 minutes reflecting on that question to identify stories that come to mind before the event.

We chose this prompt because leaders who show vulnerability—who show their authentic humanity—are better able to connect with people. And connection is what builds inspiration and engagement within the team. This type of leader elevates their team and doesn’t lead with ego.
