It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day tasks and deadlines of running a business and leading a team. But if you’re trapped in the weeds, you’re unlikely to inspire your employees. If you can switch gears and share a story about why that big project matters, or the greater vision the organization is driving toward, you’ll better motivate others along the way.
This workshop was created to help leaders understand exactly how to inspire others through story. We’ll share what makes a story influential, how to structure and deliver a story for impact, and above all, what you can gain from using storytelling to lead.
The session is rooted in experiential learning design, informed by academic research, and facilitated by change experts—every executive leaves the experience with a crafted and practiced story they can start sharing immediately.
